I got pregnant in February, miscarried on Easter (sac was only measuring 5 weeks no baby)

& then got pregnant in July - miscarried in august (sac was measuring 5 weeks & I was supposed to be 8ish weeks- no baby)

Both times I fell pregnant I had a sinus infection and was taking mucinex -

My question is - I just finished my first period after the last miscarriage and really wanna start trying again (Dr said I could try again after 1st period) BUT I don’t wanna go through another pregnancy loss.

They couldn’t find a reason for either one , I do have iron deficiency , but I don’t think that’s what caused it.

Any opinions? Do I start trying again? Do I not try? Idk
