Feeling like crap

Pregnant or not, is anyone else just feeling blah on top of the tww? I have either a sinus cold or something. Sore throat, sinus pressure, headache so badly. Doesnt matter how much I drink, just makes me pee more lol. And I'm so cold, but temp is normal
