Media addiction

Does anyone else’s toddler have a media addiction?

He screams and cries for his favorite show(s) on my phone as soon as he wakes up. He has to have it before he goes to sleep. He’s a total mess! I have a 3 month old and he is by FAR more high maintenance than my infant.

Any tips on how to “wean” him from social media? I feel so bad because when he doesn’t have it he’s a total mess so I eventually cave and let him have the phone so I can get some
