So I just made an appointment with a fertility doctor and I just basically need to have everything dumbed down for me and give me a step by step process cause I feel really stupid and lost in this whole process.. long story short my SO sperm have low motility,morphology and concentration so they told us the chances of us conceiving naturally are not impossible it pretty hard and they recommend doing <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IVF</a>. Doing an egg retrieval, taking his sperm and having them join outside my body and then insert them to me.. I know that’s not the right terms but I’m lost about all of this.

Anybody going through something similar? Can you help me understand?
