hello! I’ve had my IUD (mirena) for about a year now. I was having very sharp pain and got rushed to the hospital thinking my IUD was out of place. ended up having a 3.7cm cyst on my right ovary and one producing on my left. pregnancy test came back negative (doc thought it could have been that). my IUD though is in place and could be shown in my ultrasound as well as CT scan. thing is, my period is supposed to be here by now and there is no sign of bleeding. I’ve had a period with the IUD each month but it continually gotten lighter and lighter. could I be pregnant? will I just no longer have a period until my iud is out? or does it have something to do with these cyst?
