High HGC LEVELS AND PROGESTERONE

Good morning everybody !! Can someone please help me ? I’m 4 weeks. Is it normal for my HGC levels to rise from 128.08 to 927 in 4 days ? Is way more than tripled. Also my progesterone is 42.1 in a range of 11.00-44.3 . I’m also having super heavy cramps. I’m so scared. Thank you so much for your help !!
