Boys stuff?

Me and my boyfriend keep arguing over stupid things. What type of things do guys enjoy for time out to take their mind off things?

Answer

My boyfriend is an introvert to a "T" while I'm pretty central on that spectrum- it's not that he's not social or doesn't like being around people but he needs quality alone time to recharge because it's just emotionally/socially draining for him to socialize for long periods of time. I can tell he's reached peak exhaustion when he emotionally shuts down or gets short and irritated.

To kind of clear his mind and reset he'll listen to a movie soundtrack or other form of classical music and read something he enjoys, plays simple computer games. Goes bouldering... Whatever he does- he just has to do it on his own.

If your boyfriend is also an introvert he just might need some time to do his own thing, especially if you guys have been spending a lot of time together! He might not realize he needs it!
