I am 14 weeks 4 days today. Last night and today I have noticed very slight cramping in my lower abdomen and lower back. It's not the same type of cramping as the ligament pains, as I've had those too, but is more like really mild period pains. I have my next appt with my doctor next Wednesday. Has anyone experienced this? I don't want to go to the emergency room and take up their time and a room if I'm just being dramatic...I've been really nervous about everything because this is my first pregnancy! Thanks in advance
