What did your hospital send you home with after delivery?

Did you have to asked what you need or they give you a little bit of everything?

Depends on what country you live in. 
Here in the US they send you home with lots of extras. I come home with extra diapers, wipes, pads, peri bottles, anything for vaginal discomfort. They also give baby hats, soap, brushes, nose suckers, lotion. But all these are travel sized.

The baby 😉 Nothing here, I’m in the Netherlands. Oh and we leave the hospital within three hours after giving birth usually (unless it’s medically necessary to stay). So we better be prepared..

I’m in CA USA they let me take receiving blankets  bottles nose sucker diapers wipes they gave me a diaper bag with a breast pump nipple cream nipple guards . All sanitary items for mom .

ask for extras!!! i went home with extra pads, extra mesh undies (i actually liked them) extra squirt bottle, extra everything they gave me and i that i used.

When I had my daughter last year the hospital didn't send me home with anything. 
I'm due again in 2 days and I'm guessing it'll be the same again.

Only baby. Lol but in the room, they did put disposable pants and pads for my use which I took home.

I took a few diapers with my first, our midwives discharged us only 4 hours after birth so we didn’t even go to a recovery room

In the us, my hospital (even tho its shitty) sent me home with extra disposable underwear, a pack of maxi pads, two peri bottles, two nose suctions, an extra baby blanket, a pacifier, a small pack of diapers, and practically made me take home the water cup(a nice cup with their logo) they gave me since they cant reuse them

In the UK here. They didn't give me anything at all.

my first sent me home with a couple of premixed formulas & nipples (we had to supplement for a few days), a blanket and a hat.
my 2nd semt us home with a onesie, multiple blankets, hats, mittens, a few diapers, whatever wipes we had left, and a nice baby bath. I'm giving birth in the same hospital so im not packing as much this time since I know they provide so much
