Just wondering if anyone else is going through this right now. After doing all the tests and working with our fertility clinic we have found my husband has azoospermia (no sperm) and is in testicular failure. Last year he had low sperm but some and now nothing. They say there is nothing we can do, no medication to treat it. That we could do a TESA surgery to try extract some tissue but our chances would be very low. Wondering if anyone had experienced this. What you did, any alternative options or things you tried. I have never heard of this before and am not sure where to go from here. Thanks in advance for any input!
