potty trained

anyone’s LO already potty trained? my daughter is peeing and pooping in her pot but I have to make her. she doesn’t tell me when she has to go. was wondering if this is normal? bc my mom says she doesn’t think she is “ready” bc she is not telling me when she has to go.. but how can she tell me if she’s never done it before didn’t make sense to me. I have to sit her down like every hour or so.. how is your potty training schedules? i’d love to know! She’s almost 2 in a few days is she behind?
