Implantation Bleeding HELP ??

I’m Now 9 Days Late On My Period I Can’t Remember When I Started Spotting But Last Time I Spotted Was Last Thursday It’s Light Brown & Stringy When I Wipe I’m Nausea’s Every Morning & My Stomach Has Little Cramps At The Bottom Took A Pregnancy Test On The 5th Missed Day & It Was Negative No Faint Line Took Another One 7 Days Late & Still Negative My Nipples Are Not Sore Can Something Be Seriously Wrong With Me I’m Worried ??
