Pain on my rib

Hello,i am just writing here cause i am anxious.A couple days ago i felt uncomfortable feeling on my right.Now when i touch it my rib hurts(under my armpit)I don’t think its lymph node cause it is right over my rib+i had intercostal neuralgia like a month ago.Could it be it again?I did blood test a month ago so i hope it is not something dangerous.Also i am expecting my period in a couple of days,could it be from it?I am not pregnant,haven’t had sex in a months.Sorry for the mistakes,not fluent
