Okay so I have set a dentist app, but what do you guys think?

Last year I went to the dentist , and I had a cavity? But the filled it . But within the next two months after , my cavity was like back? Yet I never went back Bc I got very busy and my nephew had recently passed the month after and j was just very depressed ? Do you think they will refill this tooth? Or pull it ?

I’ve been having pain in my gums on my left side , it’s felt a little swelled up in the back so I checked , and I noticed my gums ? Are like Loose ? What do you think this could be ?
