Omg. Sneeze-pee-repeat ! I have to constantly change and wash my undies😭😭😭 I thought This was supposed to start AFTER birth?!

I did today😑 for the first time in my life. Second baby and never have I ever peed myself when I sneeze! It wasn't alot but enough I had to change 😅😅😅

Whenever I feel a sneeze coming, I stop whatever I’m doing to cross my legs 😂 But I’ve been doing that since the birth of my second two years ago. I hope it doesn’t get worse with this pregnancy 🤔
