Quit smoking/weight gain
Hey everyone.
So I recently quit smoking after 13 years about two months ago.
Is it normal to be extremely hungry all the time? I constantly want to eat. I’ve never experienced being this hungry except when I was pregnant. I even wake up in the middle of the night feeling like I’m famished. I was 110 pounds when I quit smoking, 2 months later I’ve gained approximately 10 pounds!!!! I’ve always been a string bean. Is this extreme hunger going to eventually end? Or am I just going to keep gaining? Also, ever since I quit smoking, I am always constipated. I feel like smoking helped me 💩😂
Looks like for once in my life I’m going to have to watch what I eat, and maybe go to the gym too.
