My boyfriend isn't very active on social media . The only thing he uses is Instagram. He mainly only posts to his stories as he uses the rest of his profile strickly for his photography. The thing is , when he posts on his stories ... He never gets my face . 
He'll video my arms , legs etc (like when I'm in the background). I asked him why and he said he is just a private person. I'm embarrassed that this bothers me... But it does. I even jokingly moved my head down to get in a video while he was recording. He instantly deleted it. If he accidentally gets part of my face in a photo or video he won't post it . Is he embarrassed of me? Or am I being dramatic?

Eh, I don’t think it’s dramatic to wonder why he doesn’t post you or your relationship. And I don’t think it makes you “insecure” either. He’s not that private, if he will post on his stories.  I mean, if it’s only once a week, then sure he’s private. But if he posts something every day, then I find it a little odd. In my opinion.

Story’s disappear and also if you have a business page on IG you should also have a private for family/friends so you can actually post normal shite like your relationship?! Why would he put story’s on his photography page that’s random but I’d just say if your gona post my legs and arm and stuff don’t bother putting the story up please! Lay down the law and get a back bone and confront him about it and tell him it bothers you!

He could be keeping his options open, he doesn’t want your cock blocking other opportunities with other women, I used to think it was sweet that my ex wanted to keep our relationship private, and that he would say things like people who post their relationship on the Internet or just looking for validation and I really insecure blah blah blah, no it was that he didn’t want me cock blocking other women, he was sleeping with half of our state basically, the only time you ever post anything is after he screwed up, and it would be something like a Bon Jovi song lyrics or something like that, if you don’t love me, lie to me or some shit. His profile always said single, he never posted pictures of me, it was because he didn’t want me cock blocking other women and keeping his options open. It may be that, or he has a wife, he has a girlfriend, he has children, he has a boyfriend, I’m sure he has his own reasons, however he doesn’t want it knowing that he’s with you, maybe it’s too soon, he’s keeping his options open, etc. Unfortunately social media seems to be a huge problem when it comes to relationships, women being insecure, he’s not posting me, etc. or them talking to other women online, women being insecure that he’s liking other women’s photos or commenting on other women’s photos etc. or fan only accounts or saving women’s photos that are half naked or completely naked, social media seems to be a huge problem. Not to mention them having dating accounts, or hook up accounts with other women, etc. I would ask him straight up why won’t you post any pictures of me on your Instagram, are you keeping your options open, are you not that serious about me, you don’t want people to know we are together, but at the same token by asking him this, you’re making yourself look desperate, clingy, needy, which could also bite you in the ass. But if you want an answer, sometimes there are questions that you don’t want the answer to. And you’re basically setting yourself up for an answer you don’t wanna hear. I don’t know how long you guys have been seeing each other, if you are exclusive, if you are boyfriend and girlfriend, and the talking phase, you’re keeping your options open, you’re dating other people, it’s a friends with benefits or a situationship, or whatever it may be￼￼. Eventually it’s gonna come down to defining the relationship or figuring out if this is what you want, what you view as red flags, what you view as cheating, what you view and setting boundaries. And if you don’t like some thing, you’re gonna have to voice it, and if he doesn’t want to hear it, then you got your answer. It’s probably not the best relationship for you. I wish you luck
