Nexplanon bent???

Okay so I got the nexplanon implant a few weeks ago. 
Last weekend I was sitting on the couch in a weird position I guess and my arm started pinching at the implant, so I moved and wasn’t sure if it had just been bent or dented. 
Sooo my period ended a few days before the pinching incident but now I’m bleeding again? Or spotting? I don’t know. Is this just another period because my body is getting used to the implant or did I break it. I’m freaking out and made a virtual appointment with planned parenthood for next week but I’m so nervous 
Anyone else experience this ?? 😭

The implant is VERY flexible!! So, it’s highly unlikely that it was bent or broken from that. I’m on my third implant & lay on my “implant arm” in different positions all the time, and have never had an issue. Irregular bleeding/spotting is the most common side effect of progestin only methods like Nexplanon. And, such irregular bleeding is especially common during the first 6 months. So, what ur experiencing with the bleeding is completely normal!
