Just wanting someones input
I'm 29weeks will be 30weeks on Monday I've been hurting in my hips an pelvis a lot since early second trimester I talked to my doctor last week he said a belly band or the exercise tape I absolutely don't like the belly band it doesn't help an is just uncomfortable I've been working at this day care where I've been lifting kids all day which is putting a big strain on me I'll be walking an my hips will give out which causes me to stumble they also lock up an it hurts in my pelvis to do anything sit stand rolling over getting out of my car literally anything I do it hurts either in my pelvis or hips it's getting miserable like it's just getting overwhelming what can I do at this point 😭 or what has your doctor done for you in this situation please fill the comments with your experience on this
