2 months PP and finally ready to have sex. Need tips!

So im 11 weeks postpartum and I had a pretty traumatic birth experience. Lots of tearing lots of stitches. I’m finally cleared by the doctor to have sex and my husband is more than ready. We haven’t had sex in months like Maybe 7-8 months cause when I was pregnant I did not want to have sex lol

I’m scared about pain and honestly a little nervous/shy to have sex with my husband as weird as that sounds.

Any tips?
