Do you give your young toddler any daily vitamins? Why or why not ?

I started giving my toddler a daily kids multi vitamin once he stopped nursing. He’s a picky eater and I want to make sure he’s getting all the nutrients he needs.

I didn’t start giving my toddler vitamins until he got more picky with food around 2.5 years. I give him the Flintstones ones because he hates gummies so Flintstones are the only ones he will actually eat.

Only thing adviced here is vitamin D drops. I forget that a lot 🙈

No, because he eats a variety of foods. If my child didn't eat a decent amount from each food group everyday I would of considered giving him one.  
Side note: having an overabundance of vitamins can be as equally harmful as underabundance of vitamins.
