BFP and positive OPK??

I am genuinely confused. I am on cycle day 10 and I got a positive opk this morning. I thought it was weird because I ovulated around day 17 last month so it seemed early. I had seen somewhere that OPKs could be positive if you’re pregnant (although I don’t really know if there’s any scientific proof of that being correlated) so I took a cheap pregnancy test just to see and there’s a line…? How is this possible? I’m just genuinely confused so if anyone could help me out I would appreciate it!! Here are the tests side by side taken within minutes of each other.
