I am so confused. Yesterday I turned 7 weeks and had pink discharge and then it turned bright red as the day went on. Got an appt with the doctor and had an transvaginal ultrasound. They didn’t see anything in my uterus - it was empty! I’m still producing positive pregnancy tests. The doctor said it could be a chemical pregnancy (but those usually end at 5 weeks or below) or I’ve already passed and completed the miscarriage- but I never passed any clots! Has anyone been through anything similar? I’m currently experiencing very painful cramps and still bleeding.
