What is wrong with my csection scar??

I am 3 months pp and today my incision line has this bright red raised bump. Is this normal?

I would guess it’s folliculitis, inflammation caused by an ingrown hair.

Looks like hair follicle irritation. Try not to scratch or squeeze it. Do occasional hot compresses to ease any discomfort.

Mine gets like that sometimes,  I use magic shaving powder to remove the hair

It's probably an ingrown hair. I had one come up on both of mine
