Has anyone, after a gall bladder surgery, had a messed up cycle? I get that surgery cause stress and may delay but is it normal to completely miss it?

I had emergency surgery in August 20th, my period was to arrive on the 25th if that month but ended up arriving on the 21st. It was wonky as expected, only lasted 2 days.

Come now, I have missed my period entirely. Though, I have cramps and sore nipples and back ache. Took a HPT and negative.

Anyone had anything similar?
