7-8 DPO and this…… indent or beginning of something

Hi Ladies

I think I ovulated a day early than what I was meant to but I have had some cramping and pulling pain. Also have had lower back pain which has been putting my sleep off. I don’t have breast soreness or have any other symptoms. I just thought I would take a pregnancy test just see if there was anything and I swear there is a faint line.

My only concern is these first responders pregnancy test have had reviews with indent lines giving false hope of pregnancy. I don’t know if this is the start of something or it’s an indent line. What do you ladies think?
