I can’t stand it! If I wake up at 2,3,4 AM I most def am. It going back to sleep. I just can’t. Sometimes I’ll take a melatonin gummy other times I’m up doing an all nighter alone 😩

Yeah I had the worst insomnia in my early 20s. I was once up for 30+ hrs & went to work like that ( I was one if Santa's elves and my job was to talk to people waiting in line and keep their kids entertained) and I fell asleep standing up in the middle of a conversation 😭
