WTF am I looking at ?

Hello all I’ve been going crazy over this gender scan that was done at 16 weeks, yes I clearly see the doctor put boy yet she she said she was 95% sure. The image is distorted & confusing to myself I have two boys & two girls, with my boys it was very clear they were boy’s. before when I would look at the circled image I was looking to the left & figured that was the penis until I zeroed in on the arrow pointing at the gender & through my many findings & research 🧐 lol I’ve found some quote on quote pictures of swollen girl parts that looks the same as the gender bits with the arrow pointing to it either way I’m fine as long as baby is happy and healthy just wanted to know opinions & if anyone thought it could be anything different as I want to start purchasing things already. 😊
