Bleeding..

I’m 20weeks+2 days pregnant, with my first rainbow baby. Today while in the shower I started having Braxton Hicks contractions. This time I actually had a little bleeding. I am very concerned but my doctor said a little bleeding is totally normal... I’m not sure how I feel about this.... has this happened to anyone else???
