I know I know but hear me out. I’m 20 years old and it’s my FIRST TIME being on birth control and I chose Depo-Subq. Subcutaneous injection. Say that 10 times fast.

I don’t know why, I don’t know how and I don’t know who was in my brain making decisions -Joy (from Inside Out) I’m coming for you b*ch! - Because maybe it was the thought of not having to leave my condo AND that it was covered by my insurance clouded my judgement?

Anywho, I’m afraid, scared —shaking in my boots even. Ladies and all, how do I inject this? What is the pain like? Will I scream in agony like I did when 001 (Squid Game on Netflix -if you haven’t, you should watch it) died? Sorry. Spoilers.

Any tips? Help a desperate woman out. My window is closing to take it at an appropriate time per the instructions but I’m wising out every time I wipe my belly with an alcohol wipe.
