Intense gas pain/bloating

Does anyone else still have issues with intense gas pain and bloating? I had my second c section almost 4 months ago. For up to 7 weeks afterwards I got really bad trapped gas. Then after that it was seemingly better. Lately I’ve been getting a similar feeling but only abdomen related but essentially the same feeling of bloating and gas. I am breastfeeding so I know my hormones aren’t completely back to normal. I was just hoping this phase would have passed by now.
