Do you count from the first day or the last?

I got my mirena removed on 9/11/14 and I haven't had a period yet. I am pretty sure I ovulated on 9/13 which would mean my period is due tomorrow. My boobs are killing me and I'm exhausted. Could just be the onset of menstruation or could be early pregnancy symptoms. I really can't tell because I haven't had a period in five years.

You count ALWAYS from the FIRST DAY FULL FLOW AF bc thats your CD1!!!

I count from the first day which makes me now 14days late . But from the last day would make me 9 days late .
