Bug Flew Into My Throat

I was walking down the street with my mom & I pulled my mask down for a quick second to get some air. The wind was blowing & as soon as I pulled my mask down, a bug flew into my mouth & hit the back of my throat. I started chocking & my mom gave me some water we just brought from the grocery store.

When I got into my house, I kept choking & it felt like I had to throw up. I was trying to make myself throw up, but nothing was coming out. I kept drinking water, while my mom made me some hot tea. The tea & water both helped somewhat, but I still feel something in the back of my throat. Do you think the bug is still there, or is that just the feeling from when the bug hit the back of my throat? Also, Is there anything else I can do to make the bug go down & get rid of the feeling I’m still feeling?
