Hi moms i started depo back in July …i was aware that i may or may not have a cycle while on it …i have yet to have a cycle yet but the other day i started spotting which i am aware of that i might experience some spotting i notice that today the spotting kinda picked up a lil bit (not heavy) so i decided to put on a tampon i just went to bathroom to change myself and notice this was hanging from the tampon when i pulled it out …has anybody experienced this … (sorry don’t mean to gross anyone out by the pic)

is this normal? Should i be concerned? I’m praying this only a side effect from the shot
