Discharge or Mucus Plug???

I'm 33 weeks today but I've been cramping on and off all day, and when I went to pee earlier this came out of me. Its unlike any discharge I've ever seen. Could this be me losing my mucus plug? What should I do??

Honestly I’ve had a ton of discharge that looks just like that. Even if it is part of your plug, it’s okay because it regenerates.

I’m also going through the exact same. Have had this kind of discharge past two days. Don’t have any cramping though. But have a “wet” ish feeling down there all the time.

That’s part of your plug but it regenerates. Iv been loosing bits of mine for weeks and it’s normal. Long as it’s not got blood in it (which is your bloody show) then your fine
