I had bed bugs, had TONS of bites. The bites wouldn’t go away, so I used calamine spray. Turns out, I’m allergic to it. I developed a skin rash that feels like sunburn, but 10x worse. It hurts to move, every time I move a single muscle, I BURST into tears. It’s one of the worst pains I have ever felt. It itches but it hurts to touch it. I went to urgent care. They gave me prednisone and hydroxyzine. It did absolutely nothing. The rash is starting to get A LOT redder. What do I do?

It’s on my arms, hands, legs, and back.
