Babes got a cold

After his first week of daycare. Nights are rough with lots of congestion and coughing and little sleep. I have been using saline solution and the nose Frieda, but he screams and it feels like I am torturing him having to hold his little arms down. No bad fever luckily.

Any tricks or tips that worked for you mommas when your little ones were sick? I was using a vaporizer but then realized it’s ok’d and not sure to clean to make sure the vapor is clean. Any vapor machine you recommend??
