Many kids are born with a heart murmur but it resolves naturally, my son's ped said they don't get concerned unless it hasn't corrected by about 2 or is particularly loud. He had an echo at 21m and everything looked fine, so they said he wouldn't need another

like a heart murmur ? lots of people are born with heart murmurs and live totally normal lives without it being an issue or they completely outgrow it. if the doctors aren’t taking immediate action then it’s most likely not an issue
