Good iron pills to take?

I had a hemorrhage after my child’s birth it made my iron levels drop to a 6 i sometimes still feel very tired and my lips still look a little pale, and i also breastfeed i’m looking for some pills i can take safely while breastfeeding .

I often have issues with my iron and Maltofer is the only tablet I've tried which doesn't affect my stomach. I'm in Aust though. Otherwise I've also needed an iron infusion in the past (recommended by my dr and I was breastfeeding at the time) and I felt a million bucks a few weeks later.

Talk to your dr if your iron was that low you may need to be on a stronger supplement then you can get over the counter .

I would look up iron and C-vitamin rich foods too, way more gentle on your tummy!

I’m using Megafood Blood Builder. Ask you dr for amount you should take. These have 26mg I think.
