Hi, so I’ve recently had a positive pregnancy test and I’ve noticed period-like cramps, these come and go and aren’t horrendous but definitely noticeable. Unfortunately I’m too early for an early scan I’m just wondering if anyone’s had anything similar and was everything okay? It’s slightly worrying 😣 thanks x
