Natural tear vs episiotomy
Which is better?
I was writing a birth plan and was thinking should i write that perform episiotomy if feels necessary rather than risk a natural tear?
But i was scared that they will just perform episiotomy even if not needed. So what should i do? Have a natural tear is better or episiotomy is better
