Can someone with knowledge of endometriosis tell me about how you found out you had it? What does it feel like? How is the testing for it done? What are the symptoms of having it?

Same questions go for PCOS. How did you find out you had it? How is the testing for it done? What are the symptoms?

I had a miscarriage in April at 16 weeks and had a D&E. Since then, I’ve had 5 regular cycles. They’re just so different. I’ve been bleeding a lot heavier, and I mean bleeding through a super tampon in 2 hours heavy. The periods have been ridiculously painful. I’ve been having this random horrible stabbing pain that feels like it’s in my uterus and my ovaries throughout my cycles. I’ve also had bleeding randomly throughout my cycles (not on the day I should be ovulating, determined by OPKs). None of this happened before I got pregnant though. It also took me 8 cycles to get pregnant with the baby I lost, and we’ve been trying for 5 cycles since. I’ve had difficult periods and bad cramps before, but this is nothing like it. I plan on going to the doctors at the end of next month, but I was just curious about PCOS and endometriosis because I know nothing about them, and I see people on here speak about them a lot.
