I’m experiencing a miscarriage I had blighted ovum and passed basically the entire sac at once naturally but I went for a scan and still showed a little bit of pregnancy tissue.. my doctor prescribed Misoprostol I took the first dose and am experiencing light cramps and a little bit of clots I’ve been bleeding almost three weeks now do I need to take the full prescription or is the one dose enough? I’m breastfeeding and prefer not to take all the doses
