Very confused

So I had my period for three days 22-24 . Now just started today the 27 I went to bathroom & there was light bleeding and then another time today I went to bathroom no bleeding but when I wiped there was blood but not a lot lot . I had a d&c about month or more ago . Could I be pregnant or ? Someone help me out ,
