Hi. My husband and I have been ttc for over a year now. Its getting very disheartening. Both of us smoke (yeah I know) I have 4 cigarettes left in my pack (for emergency) as of tomorrow I'm going to quit smoking. Also go from 5 cups of coffee (easily) a day to one. Any tips for not going psycho?

What has worked for you?

Its my weekend, so I figured I'd "detox" now!
