When to get ready for baby

I'm not due until April when do you think I should start decorating for baby's arrival also when is a good time to start stocking on diapers?

I've been stocking up on diapers since 14 weeks

We have started buying things for our baby girl and not due until the end of April. We starting early because we have to start completely over and even though we will be getting a lot from our shower that will last us a while but ti me you can never have too much baby things all sizes. I'm just EXCITED to be shopping for a girl this time🎀

We will be buying a crib and all that stuff for the nursery soon. My husband gets a nice chunk of time off for Christmas so we is going to paint the baby in the next couple of weeks too. But as of right now we just have some hand me downs lol. I'm honestly waiting till after my shower before I go crazy buying stuff. We are also doing cloth diapers so I'm not really stocking up on diaper things.

We are going to go full force in February. We are in the process of buying a house and I don't want to buy a bunch of things to then pack them and move them.

We haven't bought one thing for our daughter yet. We already have a crib and we don't want to stock up on diapers because with our son he would grow out of them so fast that we had so much left over. And with his clothes, we had a TON of clothes that he never even got a chance to wear. We are only going to buy a bassinet for her to sleep in for the first couple months an a friend is giving us her baby swing that is like new. When we get our taxes we plan on getting some clothes and diapers just so we have some started. Then after she is born and we can see how big she will be we will buy more.
