Adult acne vitamin c serum and laundry detergent

I have adult acne and I had the active acne almost gone, but the scars weren't going away so I switched my vitamin c serum. Now the scars are going away, but the acne is back🙄 what will help with both?

I also have noticed that my skin clears more when I'm behind on washing my sheets. What laundry detergent do you use for adult acne?
