What are you hoping for with delivery?

Just curious 😊 obviously we all want a SAFE delivery more than anything else but if you could control it/ choose what would it be?
*Not meant to turn into a debate on what’s best. We all have different opinions*

I had a fantastic experience with an epidural birth for my 1st bub. Once it fully kicked in, I could relax & really enjoy the experience. I had full control over pushing & pushed bub out in 15 minutes. Looking forward to doing it again! 😊

Vbac! Will probably get an epidural. I tried all natural with my first and ended in a c section. So this time I don’t care about natural or not. Just trying to avoid the c section

Scheduled c-section for me. First attempted vaginal birth was very long and traumatic ending in an emergency c-section so a vbac just isn’t for me.

vaginal with epidural. I know I should want no meds, but I have such low pain tolerance I never have been able to. I induced with my son and it was such a great delivery when I opted for the epidural right away

Third home birth 🙏✨ I fully support mamas birthing the way they see fit for themselves. For me, home birth is the best option because it’s where I feel safest.

Med free, but only because I've gone the epidural route, and it doesn't work for me because my body burns pain meds too quickly. It just makes my lower body feel like it's asleep. Pins and needles from the middle of my back down. Was almost worse than the contractions honestly.

I was able to go without pain meds with my daughter, I'd hope to manage that again. She was a month early and only 5lbs 6 oz, so idk how well that will go if he's any bigger. Lol
