Anyone elses symptoms disappear at 6 weeks and baby was ok?

I’m 9 weeks with my second pregnancy. I kept notes with my daughter and I put that nausea would sometimes disappear for a few days at a time. That’s happening to me now and even tho I know it happened with my daughter, it is a bit unsettling. Try and enjoy the symptom free time though!

I’m currently 5 weeks and all my symptoms disappeared as well.
