Dogs waking up baby

We have 2 large dogs and they have always slept in our bedroom. They now frequently wake up our daughter at night when they get up and shake (ear flapping noise) and it drives me nuts. If we move them outside our bedroom, they will cry and bark at things they see/hear outside which is even more loud so I have no idea what to do! Is anyone else in a similar situation?
